• We are changing Tuesdays Suspension Class at 9 am to 9:30 am starting May 14th. 
• Work It Personal Training is offering a Kids Boot Camp ages 6-14 years old starting June 1st.
  This class will boost strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and coordination, but also teach kids self-discipline, self-respect, how to better follow directions, and how to work more effectively in a group. Plus, the class combines so many different activities, like obstacle courses, sports drills, kick boxing, movement games, and yoga poses that it’s hard for little ones to get bored.
  Join us for Kids Boot Camp on Saturday at 12 pm for $10.00!
• Effective April 15th, we are making some changes to our group fitness schedule:

  The following classes have been removed from the schedule:

  Thursday Morning Boot Camp at 9 am

  Friday Evening Kick Boxing at 5:30 pm

  Saturday Morning RIPPED at 10 am
• Please remember we will hold private classes for groups of 5 or more, contact us for more details.

• Work It! Personal Training recently introduced Month to Month Unlimited for any group class we offer.*

• We are also offering a 6 Month Unlimited (commitment for auto payment) for our Group Fitness classes.*
  Unlimited Pricing Plans are as follows:
• Month to Month Unlimited Membership $109
• 6 Month Unlimited Membership with auto-pay $89.00 per month (recurring). 6 Months Unlimited Membership based on a contract authorizing Work It Personal Training to charge payment on file.
